Jenny Hatton-MahonGeneral Manager Group Sustainability, Aristocrat
Jenny Hatton-Mahon is the General Manager Group Sustainability at Aristocrat. In this role, she is responsible for Aristocrat’s global CSR/Sustainability strategy and championing organisational culture. During her 10 years tenure at Aristocrat, Jenny has also held the position of Deputy General Counsel with a focus on commercial legal practice, team development and enterprise leadership.
Prior to commencing with Aristocrat, Jenny worked for Gilbert + Tobin law firm and has also worked overseas in a number of legal roles. In her spare time, Jenny runs a not-for-profit with her teenage sons supporting Australian Indigenous literacy programs, education and traditional storytelling.
Stefan StranoCEO, Club Plus Super
Stefan is the CEO of an industry superannuation fund, Club Plus Super, responsible for managing $3 billion for around 70,000 people. Prior to this, Stefan was based in London as the Head of Investment Communications for one of Europe’s largest investment managers, Legal & General Investment Management. Stefan has consulted for a variety of financial services companies and held roles spanning Economics, Business Development, Brand and Marketing Communications. Stefan has completed a Bachelor of Economics, Master of International Business and a Master of Commerce at the University of Sydney. Stefan is also a ‘joint adviser’ to two young sons, who are 6 and 4 years of age, a challenging role which he says is teaching him new leadership skills every day.
Bianca is an experienced industry, marketing and communications professional with over 15 years’ experience across a diverse range of hospitality businesses, including 11 years with the Redcape portfolio of Hotels.
Bianca is responsible for the organisations internal and external communication, stakeholder engagement, corporate social responsibility, media and issues management and marketing strategy.
Bianca values the importance of a strong social license for the industry and the positive impact that has on enhancing both staff and customer experience within a hospitality business, ultimately driving improved customer and staff satisfaction, business performance, and sustainability.
Taking a research, data and insights-driven approach to developing and executing the Redcape Hotels’ communication and marketing strategy, Bianca is instrumental to the innovation in Redcape’s customer-centric communications and strategic direction. She is focused on driving Redcape’s leadership role in the long-term sustainability of the industry and the growth of the Redcape portfolio of Hotels through enhanced customer insights and community engagement.
Experienced in customer and community relations, marketing strategy, business data and systems, Bianca has been successful in advancing Redcape’s leading corporate social responsibility initiatives and business data and insights capability.
Bianca studied Marketing and Public Relations at Macleay Business College.
